Marriage Can Be Murder Turns 21

Happy Birthday, Marriage Can Be Murder! Las Vegas’ favorite comedy murder mystery dinner show celebrates 21 years on July 14.

Producers and stars of the show, Eric and Jayne Post, created Marriage Can Be Murder after working at a murder mystery in Sacramento, bringing their talents to Sin City for the past 21 years. The Posts officially launched their killer comedy in 1999, where they performed at the Showboat for one year before moving to Egg & I for seven years. The show headed to Four Queens from 2007-2008 before landing at the D, formerly Fitzgerald’s, from 2008-2020.

“We’re so happy to be 21 in the city we love. As you know, casinos desire 21 year-olds, so now we are wanted commodity,” Jayne Post laughs. “Las Vegas has been good to us.”

When asked what for favorite Marriage Can Be Murder memory, the Posts say they’ve loved their amazing cast, crew, actors and actresses through the years. Their fondest memories are the interaction with guests after the show.

Recently, Marriage Can Be Murder launched virtual shows during the COVID-19 pandemic, allowing fans to participate in the cyber-sleuthing from their computer screens. Guests play via Zoom as they interact with actors and other participants, maneuvering their way through the twisting plots to solve the crime. Tickets start at $19.95.
